Newsletters

The aim of the newsletters is to keep the public informed of the activities of the Çatalhöyük  Research Project and of the different aspects of the research being conducted at Çatalhöyük. They also look at what has been achieved in non-field areas and what is planned for the future. The BACH project contributed to the 1997-2003 newsletters

Archive Reports

The archive reports comprise the official report written at the end of each season and presented to the ministry of  Culture of the Turkish Government and the British Institute of Archaeology in Ankara as a condition of receiving future permission for continued research. The Archive Reports also act as a valuable source of information for the archaeological team of the project and others interested in the project on the most recent research results.The BACH project contributed to the 1997-2005 archive reports

Paper Publications

The BACH project is mentioned in a number of publications including the four  volume report of the 1995-1999  seasons which intentionally does not  go into any detail about the BACH project. Some of us have been using the BACH data for a number of years in our research  publications (more....).
